2. Sadat City Languages School:

The school goals:
- Applying developed educational techniques in which the students depend greatly on themselves.

What is industrial modernization program? This program is financed by the European Union and supervised by the ministry of industry; it aims at developing the Egyptian industry and raising the Competitive ability of the private sector companies and factories in Egypt.

What are the business development centres?
They are a group of centres, established in the industrial cities (the 10th of Ramadan, the 6th of October, Alex, Sadat) to present the program services for companies and factories.

Why the business development centres were setup in Sadat City?
In order to be close to the companies and factories so that the centre can better recognize their needs and help them in improving their performance through the developing project, offering the technical investments and a number training programs for the work staff.

2 - Skill Development Programs

The Egyptian government to support and provide the small and mediate firms with the vital training to develop and improve the worker productivity and raising the productive proficiency.

It is a consultative project, lasts for 4 years, and it is applied by the ministry of industry and foreign trade. Through the program of adjusting the occupational and technical training, with the total budget of 12.5 million, 10 million dollars are for training programs. This finance is shared between the Egyptian government and a loan from the international bank.

The project goals: - Increasing the competitive ability to the local product by improving the Egyptian worker productivity through offering the occupational training with a shared cost between the state and the dealers. - Urging the private sector to seek the training needed to satisfy the actual requirements. - Activate the competition in the field of presenting the technical and occupational training. - Covering the training applications of the present work force and those who are going to be employed. - To finance the short-term training to support the productive process.

The targeted sectors :
They employee about 10-500 person in the (SMEs) the small and mediate establishment, and the (BFS) benefited field sectors.
- Building and construction.
- Industry.
- Tourism.

- The investors and businessmen association and others are the project agents (Pls).
- The private and public sectors training centre are to present the training services (TPS).

The Work mechanism
- PLS deals with the project through BFs and seek the training requirements.

- The project agents collect the training requirements of all clients and hand them to the project administrational unit to be appreciated according to the perfect limited criteria, to offer competitive proposals.

- The project agents provide training programs by inviting training service presenters for a special level.

- The project administrational unit will sign a contract with technical consultors in the fields of quality, propaganda deciding on the training requirements, revising and results evaluation to help the agents and clients and presenters of training service to be acknowledged with the project and to start the actual work.

The Project Elements: This project is carried out through three main stages : 1. Awareness, advertising and evaluating the results of the project. 2. Carrying out the training programs, as the clients share in the cost. 3. Administrating the project, evaluating the inputs, revising the whole process of work.
