Historical Brief:
The centre was established in 1996, it has started under the care of Mubarak-school project in Sadat City, but in 2004 its name was changed to the human resources developing centre. At first there were 120 students in two occupations (repair - maintain mechanic technician and industrial electronic technician) in 2004 the number of students grew to 1000 students with the share of about 180 constitutions including factories, companies and farms, also the rate of occupations grew to include seven fields of specializations (repair- maintain, mechanic technician, industrial electronic technician, ready - made clothes, mechanical fixing, electric fixing, administrative technical assistant, agricultural mechanic technician).
• The center presents the activity of Germanic double educational system. It is a kind of technical education that connects both the study and the training in the factory, that is why it is called the two fold technical education.
• So the student spends four days a week in the factory in order to improve his scientific and technical skills, and he spends two days in the school to study the theoretical subjects, the German side in the project is represented by the experts and the Egyptian side is represented by the ministry of education and the associations of investors in the new industrial cities.
The Centre Goals:
Providing the skilled and trained technical work force scientifically and practically, by using the newest techniques of education and technology, for the service of the Egyptian production, in order to be able to complete universally and to increase the amount of exports.
Applying this two-fold system upon all acknowledged jobs, crafts and occupations whether in industry or agriculture or any other fields in Egypt.
Providing the youth with work opportunities according to the need of work market.
Adjusting the laws of education and work, to apply the principle of the necessity to get a license to practice the occupation.
This centre includes three technical secondary schools:
1.Mubarak technical industrial school in the eighth area, it contains the following specializations:
a. Electronic, electricity technician.
b. Fixing, electricity technician.
c. Repair, maintain, mechanic technician.
d. Fixing, lining mechanic technician.
2. Mubarak technical industrial school for boys and girls in the eleventh area, it contains the following specializations:
a. Administrative technical assistant.
b. Ready made clothes technician.
c. Agricultural mechanic technician.
3. Mubarak technical agricultural school in the fourth area, it contains the following specialization.
a. Agricultural mechanic technician.
